Facilities Management

Makan delivers and coordinates hard and soft facilities services: MEP and chilled-water systems, HVAC maintenance, cleaning, security and planned preventive maintenance (PPM). Well-run facilities protect both asset value and tenant satisfaction.

In Qatar's climate, proactive maintenance is not optional. Our facilities approach is preventive by design — scheduling the seasonal checks (cooling performance, drainage, fire systems) that head off costly failures before they happen.

Makan structures and manages licensed Holiday Home conversions under the Qatar Tourism framework. For appropriately located villas and apartments in permitted zones such as The Pearl, Lusail and Msheireb, short-stay operation can deliver a meaningful uplift over annual leasing.
